Ok so I have been SUPER lazy lately. For some crazy weekend I decided to go for a run this morning. I planned on doing my usual route and trying to get in 2 or 3 miles. I dug out my years OC  half marathon shirt, some shorts, my ipod, and a cough drop and headed out the door. I was hurting by the time I got to Broadway school. (ha ha for those of you that know where I live) I kept going trying to find a rhythm. Well I did find my fat thighs rubbing together and my fingers starting to swell up. I ran a mile and decided to turn around and head back. Oh man by the time I was back to Broadway school my calves were burning, my ankles and fingers were tingling, my lungs were screaming, and a headache started. Ok I made it home.

26 miles and I went 2.12 miles, Yup I suck at life this morning but I did get out and got moving!

Oh man it’s going to be a long 16 weeks of training for the wineglass marathon. yup I will be trying to attempt to finish 26.2 miles!!!

    You will be able to do it! Next week starts out a bit rough though, with a 5 mile run on Tuesday, 5 mile run on Thursday, and 8 miles on Sunday. No shame in walk/running it, logging the miles is the most important thing.
